How to Get FBS Cashback: Step-by-Step FBS Rebate Guide (2026)

Last updated: October 13, 2026 · By the FXPayback Research Desk

To get FBS cashback, open an FBS Standard account through FXPayback’s partner link, or ask FBS support to attach your existing account to our partner ID. You then get back up to 25% of the spread on every qualifying lot, paid daily, win or lose, and you can withdraw from just $1.

Almost every trader has heard of FBS. Low minimum deposit, simple Standard account, quick sign-up. But every trade costs spread, and on gold that spread isn’t small. Cashback hands part of it back. Here’s how it works on FBS, what qualifies, and the one rule that catches scalpers out.

What is FBS cashback and how does it work?

When you trade at FBS, the broker shares part of your spread with the partner (the IB) who referred you. With FXPayback as that partner, we pass up to 90% of that IB commission back to you as cashback. You trade the same account at the same prices. The only difference is that money comes back after each qualifying trade.

At the time of writing, our FBS cashback page lists up to 25% of the spread back on Standard accounts, for both forex and metals, paid daily. The same page gives a gold example: on a $20 gold spread, that’s up to $5 back per lot.

Which FBS accounts qualify for cashback?

Only the FBS Standard account, at the time of writing. New Cent accounts aren’t available, and FBS no longer offers Pro, Zero Spread or ECN accounts, according to our FBS page. FBS services are also no longer available in some countries, so check yours before you sign up.

Our FBS review notes a minimum deposit from $5 and spreads from about 0.7 pips, which widen during news. FBS runs entities under CySEC (EU), FSC Belize (international) and FSCA (South Africa), and your protection depends on which one you sign up with.

How do you get FBS cashback step by step?

If you’re opening a new FBS account

  1. Create a free FXPayback account.
  2. Go to our FBS cashback page and register with FBS through the partner link there.
  3. Pick your Standard account settings (leverage and so on) and fund it.
  4. Trade as you normally would. Rebates show up in your FXPayback dashboard daily.
  5. Withdraw whenever you like, from $1.

If you already have an FBS account

Email FBS support at support@fbs.com and ask them to attach your account to Partner ID 34338840. Our FBS page has a ready-to-send email you can copy. Once FBS confirms the link, cashback starts on your future trades. Past trades don’t count.

Is there a catch with the 60-point rule?

Yes, and it’s worth knowing before you trade. To qualify for cashback, a trade must close with at least 60 points of price movement, per our FBS terms. On a 5-digit forex quote, 60 points is 6 pips.

So a 2–3 pip scalp won’t earn a rebate. Day trades and swing trades usually clear it easily. If you scalp gold, make sure your targets fit the rule, or most of your volume won’t count.

How much can you save with FBS cashback?

Let’s run a simple example. These are illustration numbers, not a quote:

  • Say your EUR/USD spread is 1 pip, which is $10 on a standard lot. 25% back = $2.50 per lot.
  • Say your gold spread is $20 per lot. 25% back = $5 per lot.
  • Trade 40 lots of EUR/USD and 15 lots of gold in a month: $100 + $75 = $175 back, or about $2,100 a year.

For comparison, at the time of writing Exness cashback on a Standard account is $2–3 per lot on forex and up to $5–7 on gold. Run your own volume through the rebate calculator.

One honest point. The EU regulator ESMA found that 74–89% of retail CFD accounts lose money. Cashback won’t fix a losing strategy. What it does is cut your cost on every trade you were going to take anyway, and that adds up fast for active traders.
